Contact sparta@ncdps.gov to request a new NCSPARTA account.
New user account requests need to come from the appropriate authority. This typically means the requestor's EM Coordinator (for county users), ESF Lead, Area Coordinator, NCEM Supervisor, etc.. This ensures the person is authorized to access WebEOC.
We ask that they include the following when they request the account:
- First and Last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- What role or permission we should assign to the account. If they're not sure about the Position to use, we can mirror the Positions of an existing user if they can provide the name of someone with a similar role to the requestor's.
Healthcare & Hospital Users
When users from hospitals or other healthcare providers request access to NCSPARTA, you can advise them to reach out to their local healthcare coalition, and the coalition will be able to submit the request form on their behalf. They can also reach out to hppsystemssupport@dhhs.nc.gov and we can work the process back through the coalition.
